Homeless people move to night shelters in bone-chilling Delhi winters

New Delhi, Jan 14 (ANI): Delhi is reeling under cold waves. Homeless people moved to night shelters to stay warm near Kashmere Gate ISBT. These government-supported night shelters have become heaven for homeless as they are provided with free blankets and pillows. Meanwhile, air quality of national capital remained in 'poor' category.
